Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Fitrip travel planning website and mobile apps. By using Fitrip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Fitrip helps users generate, save, and manage travel recommendations and itineraries. We may improve or change features as the service develops. We will provide notice when a change materially affects users.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old to use Fitrip.
• You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for notifying us about suspected unauthorized use.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Paid Services and Subscriptions

• Fitrip Pro may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription. The purchase screen shows the current price, subscription period, included features, and any free trial.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the selected period unless you cancel it through your App Store or Google Play account before renewal.
• If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before that time.
• The app store that processed the purchase handles billing, cancellation, restoration, and refund requests under its policies.
• These terms do not limit cancellation, refund, or other mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not impersonate another person, use false account information, disrupt the service, bypass usage or security controls, overload the service through automation, or use Fitrip for an unlawful purpose. You may not transfer your account or subscription entitlement without our written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain your rights in travel information and other content you submit. You permit Fitrip and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing in more detail.

7. AI-Generated Information

• Travel recommendations, schedules, place details, business hours, prices, and transport information may be generated by AI or obtained from external providers.
• AI-generated information can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Fitrip does not guarantee its accuracy.
• You must verify important details with the relevant airline, venue, transport provider, accommodation, or public authority before booking or travel.
• You can report unsafe, inappropriate, or inaccurate AI output through the reporting tools provided in the service.

8. Intellectual Property

Fitrip and its licensors own the service software, design, branding, and other protected materials. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit these materials except where applicable law permits it.

8.1 Google Maps

When you use Google Maps features in Fitrip, the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

9. Service Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, network failures, natural disasters, or failures of external AI, maps, weather, authentication, and payment services. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

10. Suspension and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the app or through the web account page. We may suspend or restrict access when a user violates these terms, applicable law, or security controls. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. You must manage the subscription through the store where you purchased it.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Fitrip is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate travel information, external service failures, events outside our reasonable control, or a user's failure to verify booking and safety information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes. We will post the new effective date and provide advance notice of material changes when required.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. This section does not remove any mandatory consumer protection available in your place of residence.
